About power savings and increase of power efficiency
In the Russian Federation power savings and increase of power efficiency is state priority providing a strategic basis of economy modernization of the state.
On November, 23rd, 2009 the President of the Russian Federation D.Medvedev has signed the Federal law №261-FZ «About power savings and about increase of power efficiency and about modification of separate law acts of the Russian Federation» (further the Federal law).
In December, 2009 the Government of the Russian Federation confirms «the Plan of measures under the power savings and increase of power efficiency in the Russian Federation» (Order №1830-R), directed on realization of the specified Federal law.
In December, 2009 the Government of the Russian Federation confirms a government program of the Russian Federation «the Power savings and increase of power efficiency for the period till 2020» (Order №2446-R).
